Responsibilities and Duties

  • To perform accounts and legal compliances.
  • To perform activities related to banking.
  • Cash handling, cash balance statement, maintenance of cash books.
  • To prepare receipts and payment vouchers.
  • Account book maintenance and filing.
  • To perform entry of vouchers in tally.
  • To do payments to third party and other service providers.
  • Implement a stock control system, monitor stock, purchase stock and update stock supplies throughout the office as required.
