Responsibilities and Duties
The role is focused on maintaining existing client relationships and growing our footprint and new revenue streams.
This role will work closely with the B2B Clients like Retailers/ Wholesalers/ Dealers through telephonic communication.
This person will work both independently and as an integral part of a multicultural team to generate and nurture account relationships.
Success in this role will create opportunities for advancement within Business Development & Account Management.
This person will be responsible for managing B2B Buyer base across India over the phone.
Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships in existing accounts.
Build relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities in the existing account.
Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
Maintain strong relationship with the customer.
Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors.
Good understanding of ITES/ BPO environment challenges.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong networking, verbal & written communication skills.
At least 5+ year of overall experience in an ITES/ BPO, Banking, E-commerce into B2B customers/ process handling existing relationships and building new customers.
Excellent professional presentation skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Experience in telephonic communication as reach would be across India.
