Responsibilities and Duties
• Recording of all the customer calls on JCB Care link.
• Assigning jobs to Service Engineers through the Dealer service manager.
Resolving and closing all calls and taking post service feedback form the customer.
• Updating the customer profile on a regular basis.
• Educate the branch service co-coordinators on the call logging system and assign the product problems through branch co-coordinators.
• Devise and send mailers to customers.
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement corrective action in relation to current surveys.
Monitor customer loyalty programmers.
• MTTR & FTF monitoring.
• Participate in Customer meet & Operator meet.
